Founded in Kuwait in 2009, AGTC began as a trader of precast products and industrial instruments and equipment. Established Abdullah Al-Khrinej General Trading & Contracting Company (AGTC) with a small team dedicated to trading, and introduced our logo — a symbol of strength, quality, dynamism, and forward momentum.
Expanded beyond trading into the manufacturing and supply of precast products, supported by a lean, focused workforce.
Entered subcontracting works, established our Temporary Facilities division, and began executing small-scale projects.
Introduced in-house small-scale fabrication services to support our precast manufacturing and project operations.
Delivered a facilities construction project for Daqing Oil Fields Powerlift Pump Industries Co. Ltd. (a KOC project), alongside the supply of related support services.
Supplied 1.65 million precast concrete cable tiles to Petrofac International for the North Kuwait Distribution Network (Kuwait Oil Company), and completed the design and construction of a maintenance shed for Petroleum Coke Industries Company.
Entered the supply of Industrial Minerals & Chemicals to serve Kuwait's oil and gas sector, established a barite facility in India, and achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
Partnered with a team of telecom and IT specialists to establish our Telecom and IT Services division, serving Kuwaiti ministries and telecom service providers.
Secured a new project to establish operational facilities for Al-Mansoorie Petroleum Services in Kuwait.
Constructed a 30,000-barrel Liquid Mud Plant (LMP) for Baker Hughes in North Kuwait.
Transitioned to Limited Liability Company (LLC) status and, to strengthen our support for the oil and gas services market, established a warehouse and a fully functional bulk plant for the delivery of bulk materials.
Won the contract for the civil and mechanical construction of a 20,000-barrel Liquid Mud Plant (LMP) for Scomi Oiltools Gulf (Kuwait).
Achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety certifications, and expanded our minerals and chemicals portfolio.
Established AGTC NexusChem, a toll blending facility for the manufacture and supply of liquid additives to the oil and gas market.
