AGTC has established AGTC NexusChem, a dedicated manufacturing and toll blending facility serving the growing demands of the oil and gas industry. Operated as a joint venture with NexusChem Engineering Sdn. Bhd., AGTC NexusChem combines AGTC's regional presence and market knowledge with our partner's specialist engineering and formulation expertise — bringing world-class blending and manufacturing capability to Kuwait.
The facility is designed to manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of liquid additives for drilling, completion, and production applications, giving our customers a reliable, locally based source for the products they depend on.
At the heart of AGTC NexusChem is a modern liquid blending and manufacturing plant, engineered for consistent quality, efficiency, and scale. The plant enables us to produce liquid additives to precise specifications, whether manufacturing established formulations or blending on a toll basis to our customers' exact requirements. By manufacturing locally, we reduce lead times, lower logistics costs, and give our customers greater flexibility and security of supply.
Supporting the plant is a full-fledged laboratory facility dedicated to technical support and product development. Our laboratory allows us to test and verify product quality at every stage, develop and refine new formulations, and provide responsive technical support tailored to each customer's application. This capability ensures that every product leaving our facility meets the rigorous performance standards the industry demands — and positions us to partner with customers on developing solutions for their specific challenges.
